The Siteim­prove Diver­si­ty and Inclu­sion Group (DIG) is an employ­ee led team which is open, sup­port­ive, and respon­sive to all diverse tal­ent inter­nal­ly and exter­nal­ly. We strive to help cre­ate a com­pa­ny envi­ron­ment where diver­si­ty and inclu­sion are val­ued and encour­aged.

Objec­tives:

  • Fos­ter a pos­i­tive and inclu­sive work envi­ron­ment.
  • Pro­mote an envi­ron­ment that wel­comes, edu­cates and sup­ports social diver­si­ty and inclu­sion and has a pos­i­tive impact on the attrac­tion of diverse tal­ent and reten­tion of employ­ees.
  • Ensure that employ­ees feel at ease while con­tribut­ing their unique back­grounds and tal­ents with­in the work­place.
